He has founded 12 healthcare companies, including Caremark which was acquired by CVS for $24B; Coram, acquired by CVS for $2.1B; and CardioNet / Biotelemetry was acquired by Philips in December 2020 for $2.8B.
In addition, Mr. Sweeney has successfully raised $2B in financing throughout his career, including $55M VC, $700M debt, $400M IPOs, resulting in $30B of exit value, including four separate IPOs.
