Mr. Sweeney is responsible for the establishment of the multi-billion dollar home-infusion therapy industry and an early pioneer in the remote monitoring & telehealth sector. He has founded 12 healthcare companies, including Caremark which was acquired by CVS for $24B; Coram, acquired by CVS for $2.1B; and CardioNet / Biotelemetry was acquired by Philips in December 2020 for $2.8B.

In addition, Mr. Sweeney has successfully raised $2B in financing throughout his career, including $55M VC, $700M debt, $400M IPOs, resulting in $30B of exit value, including four separate IPOs.

By aligning human capital strategies with an organization’s mission and values, Ms. Howard’s 15+ years in healthcare have resulted in measurable results and successes, while focused on providing superior care to patients.

Ms. Howard’s experience also includes leading change initiatives, developing effective total rewards programs, enhancing employee engagement, and integrating organizations while involved in 70+ mergers and acquisitions throughout her career – all while focused on the business strategy and goals.

She has also been involved in other industries, including public accounting, retail, and financial services – both domestically and internationally. Her contributions include the development of successful programs that have contributed to improved financial results through process efficiencies, increased retention, and effective workforce planning. Ms. Howard has also contributed more than ten years to non-profit organizations through Board participation.

Ms. Pierce has been recognized as an early and ongoing thought leader in the development and implementation of custom and commercial Remote Patient Monitoring solutions. In her roles as VP of Clinical Solutions and VP of Business Intelligence, she demonstrated the ability to forge the intersection of healthcare business with clinical innovation and excellence. Collectively, Ms. Pierce’s experience positions her well to help drive strategic thinking and develop and implement solutions for organizations aspiring to deliver value-based care.
